Steri-Straw machines now come in four main colors. The Body of the machine is made from extruded aluminum sections. The sections are then cut into the appropriate length and sand blasted to a fine mat finish.
The finished parts are then cleaned and chemical treated before the anodizing process. Once inspected the parts are sent to the anodizing process.
Steri-Straw anodizes the parts to the USA milatery grade for combat parts and is the hardest finish that can be placed onto the aluminum.
